– Eat a balanced diet, without skipping meals: hunger is a crisis trigger.
– Pay attention to the foods you eat: chocolatenuts, fermented cheeses, yogurts, caffeine or lack of caffeine and frozen foods are often blamed.
– No alcohol abuse, especially white wine.
– Avoid smoky atmospheres.
