Recently I noticed that my right hand often lies in a crooked position in my lap. It is also difficult for me to bring it to my neck and it is difficult to get it ‘flatter’. What could this be?

Annoying, but this is a forced position and indicates that you have had a minor stroke. It may have happened at night. You should see a neurologist about this, especially because the risk of recurrence is high shortly after a stroke or TIA, and you can reduce it by taking anticoagulant drugs. Sometimes there is also a specific cause such as atrial fibrillation. Whether this problem requires or is possible rehabilitation, I do not know, but it is important to prevent worse.
