No matter how deeply you sleep every night, nothing changes: you can’t regain your energy, and you feel permanently exhausted.
There fatigue corresponds to a feeling of physical weakness, sometimes weariness. It can be episodic and arise after a period of intense work, or repeated and prolonged physical effort. Or even following a specific event such as a move, for example.
Sometimes it persists for many months and in this case, two hypotheses. Either the causes come from a unsuitable lifestyle. For example, when you never move. “Contrary to what one might think, the age-old advice of 30 minutes of physical activity a day does not cause fatigue, on the contrary. It fights it effectively and restores shape. Marketcycling, gardening, elliptical trainer or apartment, it doesn’t matter. As long as it’s every day and no less than 30 minutes. More is obviously even better.” recalls Dr Frédéric Saldmann.
Another possible origin the sign of a disease (anemia type) or sometimes more serious. It can in some cases indicate the appearance of cancers. Be careful, it is not a question of panicking unnecessarily at the slightest bit of fatigue and imagining the worst, but of remaining vigilant. And remember that today, many cancers are being treated better and better.
But in the majority of cases, it’s still a question of lifestyle. So, what are the good reflexes to avoid finding yourself at the end of your rope? Answers.
