Preparation
- Peel the cucumber and cut it in half. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Rinse the radishes, remove the stems and rootlets. Put the cucumber, radishes (keep a few for decoration) and soy yogurts in a food processor then mix to obtain a very homogeneous preparation.
- Serve in glasses, decorate with slices of radish and sprigs of chives.
